Kevin Trudeau Says He Doesn't Get One Penny

I get not one penny for selling this. I do it as a public service he intones while pitching his latest book Free Money That They Don't Want You To Know About. What would cause him to continue to market his book and take no profit? He must be extremely wealthy and have no need for that income. He must be extremely sympathetic to the economical plight of the majority of Americans. Or he must be continuing to reap monetary rewards in some other way through sales of this book. What do you think?

Years ago I sometimes used to casually listen to his book pitches as I went about my household duties. When he started hosting three giggling women in low-cut attire and bulging cleavage, he lost me because he was pitching to a different type of potential customer.

I do wonder how much of the content is really applicable to most people. During his TV pitch a message is displayed that there are often qualifications for applicants. He's offering a 30 day money back guarantee to squelch that concern. Would the return and refund be easy, quick and stress-free, or laborious, time-consuming and stressful? If you bought his book did you see at least $500 coming into your bank account within 1 month?

Well I read this shocking entry about him on Wikipedia.

When I first saw him on TV, pitching his product, I thought he looked haunted, stressed and harassed, but I decided that it was just his facial features. Now I know why I got that impression. He spends a lot of his time senselessly fighting with government agencies and devising new campaigns to insinuate that they are attacking him. Even with the unsubstantiated facts in the Wiki entry, the easily verifiable ones are shockingly disappointing.

Mr. Trudeau's empire seems to be built largely upon fraud and taking advantage of others. My question is the same as we all ask about people who use their talents to pursuade and cheat others. Why doesn't he use his marketing ability to develop and promote things that will truly help people? He could then actually believe in himself and not appear so strained.

I guess it's too late since his books have been on the New York Times' bestselling list for extended periods of time. As I have read ...his books have been commercially successful. He's made so much money from them, why would he ever want to convert to doing some real good for others.

I'm certainly not singling out Mr. Trudeau and making any example of him. His story is just one example in the sea of examples of misuse of our free enterprise system.

If you are trying to make our system here in America work for you and you can't get inspired by all of the successful people who worked their way up from nothing, do this. Get inspired by the unethical, gray-area-dwelling con people and criminals who make it work for them every day.

Even if they can't really believe in themselves because of the deceit that they are perpetrating, they believe in free enterprise. Though many of them are caught and persecuted they succeed everyday. They show their faith by their works so why don't you?

Are you finding ways to succeed everyday at what you really want to do?
